PremiumHealth Diagnostic Center provides clinical laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and health screening. Prices shown are indicative and may change; the price confirmed at booking or the branch applies.

Appointments may be booked online or by phone. Please arrive on time and follow any preparation instructions (e.g., fasting). You may reschedule or cancel in advance; repeated no-shows may affect future booking.

Diagnostic results are provided for you and your physician. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice on their own and should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your doctor or the nearest hospital.

Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by an approved HMO or corporate account. Coverage is subject to your provider’s approval and terms. Official receipts are issued for all transactions.
